Aligner fit and routine
We fit your first aligners and place small tooth coloured attachments if needed. Wear aligners 20 to 22 hours daily and change every 7 to 14 days with checks every 6 to 8 weeks.

Are aligners such as Angel aligners / Invisalign painful?
Most people feel mild pressure for a day or two when switching to a new set of aligners. This is normal and shows that the teeth are moving into position. Over-the-counter pain relief is usually enough if needed
How long does alignment take?
Treatment time depends on the complexity of the case.
Mild spacing or crowding may take 4–6 months
Many cosmetic cases take 6–12 months
More complex cases may take longer and sometimes require refinements
Can I eat and drink with my clear aligners?
Yes. Aligners should be removed when eating or drinking anything except water. This means there are no food restrictions and brushing or flossing is easier than with traditional braces.
How many hours per day should I wear my aligners?
For effective results, Invisalign aligners should be worn 20–22 hours per day and only removed when eating, drinking, brushing, or flossing.
How much does clear aligners cost?
The cost depends on the complexity of the case. At Rock Road Dental the typical prices are:
Mild (Select 1): €2,500 for both arches
Moderate (Select 2): €3,200 for both arches
Complex (Select 3): €3,800 for both arches
If treatment is required for only one arch, €300 is deducted from the package price.
What happens at the end of clear aligners treatment?
After the aligner treatment is complete, retainers are fitted to keep your teeth in their new position. Patients are usually advised to wear retainers at night to maintain long-term results.
Can Invisalign or angle aliigners be combined with other treatments?
Yes. Many patients combine aligners such as Angel / Invisalign with professional teeth whitening or composite bonding to further enhance the appearance of their smile after alignment
Do I have to pay for clear aligners in one payment?
No. The clinic offers payment plans through Humm, allowing patients to spread the cost of treatment rather than paying the full amount upfront.
